1. 10-Day Return Policy

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a standard return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must include all original tags and be kept in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged Items & Transit Claims (48-Hour Rule)

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, this must be reported immediately.

  • Strict Timeline: Transit damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Proof: To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video and photo proof of the damaged item. Claims without this verification cannot be accepted.

Replacements & Exclusions Policy

  • Stock Availability: All approved replacements are strictly subject to product stock availability.
  • Product Care & Usage: We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any issues arising from improper use, lack of seasoning, or incorrect maintenance of the product.

Order Cancellations Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.

Product Use & Care

Please follow the provided care instructions to maintain your cast-iron cookware. We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse or neglect.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
