Dear Team,

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with your product and service.

The cast iron tawa I ordered via Flipkart broke during its very first use. This clearly reflects extremely poor product quality and a complete failure of basic durability expectations. A cast iron utensil breaking instantly is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your manufacturing standards.

What is even more disappointing is your pathetic customer service. I reached out through your official WhatsApp channel, and despite escalating the issue, there has been absolutely no response. Ignoring customers after selling such substandard products only worsens the experience.

For your awareness, I have no confidence left in your product or brand.

Consider this as direct and honest feedback — both your product quality and customer support need significant improvement.
